| An electrical hazard was reported after a vehicle cover was blown onto a power line during a severe thunderstorm. Rescue Engine 202 responded with Deputy Chief Bradshaw and six firefighters. Upon arrival, Rescue Engine 202 observed the conditions as reported and Deputy Chief Bradshaw established command. Delmarva Power was requested to respond and remove the vehicle cover from the power line. The scene was found to be safe, and no further action was required by the fire department. Command was terminated upon the arrival of Delmarva Power, and Rescue Engine 202 returned to the station. |
